Once writing has begun, the work is personal and made to order; refunds after delivery are offered only for genuine quality or delivery failures, assessed case by case in good faith.
The free reading is free; no payment is collected for it.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
